We Can't All Be Stars; We Can't All Be Leaders. We Are All God's Creatures, Living Life, And We Have That God Light In Us And We're Supposed To Let It Shine. And Not Everybody Wants To Be Like Me And Stick Their Neck Out To Get Up On Stage And Perform. There Are Those Like Me, But There Are Also Those That Are Of A Shyer Nature. And They're Smarter Than Most Of Us That Are Out There Showing Our Asses.

I Think [music And Acting], They Are Connected, All That Stuff. It's Your Emotional Self, Is Pretty Much How You Do It, I Think, From Whatever Place You Do It, Whether You're Acting Or You're Singing.

I've Been To Those Places Where It's 'poor, Pitiful Me.'

I Compare Myself To A Good Barn. You Can Have A Good Barn, And If You Paint It, It Looks A Little Better. But If You Take The Paint Off, It's Still A Good Barn.

Everywhere I Go, The Kids Call Me 'the Book Lady.' The Older I Get, The More Appreciative I Seem To Be Of The 'book Lady' Title. It Makes Me Feel More Like A Legitimate Person, Not Just A Singer Or An Entertainer. But It Makes Me Feel Like I've Done Something Good With My Life And With My Success.
