I've Always Been A Leader. I've Always Kind Of Been The Tallest Person On The Team When I Was Younger But Always Kind Of The Smartest. I Was Ahead Of My Time. I Wasn't Always The Oldest, I Kind Of Was The Youngest On The Team, But, I Kind Of Knew What To Do At Times.

Well, Of Course You Question It, Especially When You Get To This Point. I Always Look At It Would I Rather Not Make The Playoffs Or Lose In The Finals? I Don't Know. I Don't Know. I've Missed The Playoffs Twice. I Lost In The Finals Four Times. I'm Almost Starting To Be Like I'd Rather Not Even Make The Playoffs Than To Lose In The Finals. It Would Hurt A Lot Easier If I Just Didn't Make The Playoffs And I Didn't Have A Shot At It.

In Northeast Ohio, Nothing Is Given. Everything Is Earned. You Work For What You Have.

But Now, Being A Parent, I Go Home And See My Son And I Forget About Any Mistake I Ever Made Or The Reason I'm Upset. I Get Home And My Son Is Smiling Or He Comes Running To Me. It Has Just Made Me Grow As An Individual And Grow As A Man.

You Have To Be Able To Accept Failure To Get Better.
