Though We May Have Temporary Success, Ultimately Our Hatred Or Anger Will Create Futher Difficulties. Anger Makes For Swift Solutions. Yet, When We Face Problems With Compassion, Sincerity, And Good Motivation, Our Solutions May Take Longer, But Ultimately They Are Better.

If An Individual Has A Calm State Of Mind, That Person's Attitudes And Views Will Be Calm And Tranquil Even In The Presence Of Great Agitation.

Constructiveness Is The Human Way.

A Wider Of More Altruistic Attitude Is Very Relevant In Today's World. If We Look At The Situation From Various Angles, Such As The Complexity And Inter-connectedness Of The Nature Of Modern Existence, Then We Will Gradually Notice A Change In Our Outlook, So That When We Say 'others' And When We Think Of Others, We Will No Longer Dismiss Them As Something That Is Irrelevant To Us. We Will No Longer Feel Indifferent.

Like Anyone Else, I Too Have The Potential For Violence; I Too Have Anger In Me. However, I Try To Recall That Anger Is A Destructive Emotion. I Remind Myself That Scientists Now Say That Anger Is Bad For Our Health; It Eats Into Our Immune System. So, Anger Destroys Our Peace Of Mind And Our Physical Health. We Shouldn’t Welcome It Or Think Of It As Natural Or As A Friend.
