American Patriotism Is Now Jingoism. American Greatness Is Made Fun Of. The Concept Of "make America Great Again" Or American Exceptionalism Is Lampooned. It Is Impugned. It Is Attacked. The Effort To Globalize Our Society And Make Us Feel, As Many Of Us As Possible, That There's Nothing Special About Being An American, That We Ought To Think Of Ourselves As Citizens Of The World, And In That Context America Is A Problem Because We Have Too Much, We've Done Too Much, We Owe Too Much, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.

[donald Trump] Puts A Miner's Hat On.the Media, Some In It, Were Concerned - Or Hoping - That Trump Would Have Helmet Hair When He Took The Helmet Off. They Were Hoping That He Had So Much Hair Spray On, That The Miner's Helmet He Was Wearing Would Leave An Indentation In His Hair. That Was Actually A Subject In Some Of The Stories I Read. So The Macguffin... There's No Media. There Isn't Any News.

I Don't Believe, Folks, That The Media People You See On Tv Every Day From Npr To Cbs To Abc To Nbc To Wherever Are Ever Gonna Admit They're Irrelevant, And They're Not Gonna Start Acting Like It, And They're Never Gonna Say, "gee, You Know What? We Might Have To Alter The Way We're -" It Isn't Gonna Happen, Even If It Means The End Of Them.

The Media Is In Charge Of What You Think. They're In Charge Of What You Know And Don't Know. And Any Challenge To That, Like Alternative Media Or A President With Direct Access To The Audience And Doesn't Need Them, Is A Threat.

Before The United States, There Wasn't Really Anyplace Anybody Could Go. They Had To Seek Refuge In Other Ways. After The United States Was Founded, It Became The Place You Go, And The People Who Came Assimilated Into A Single Culture That Was Shared In A Way. Everything The Left Claims To Want Is Exactly What This Country Started Out Doing. It Was Multicultural, We Had The Italians, We Had The Irish, We Had Everybody.
