When You Believe In People,

Be Willing To Absorb Some Risk And Failures To Allow People Freedom To Express Themselves.

Management Is The Process Of Assuring That The Program And Objectives Of The Organization Are Implemented. Leadership On The Other Hand Has To Do With Casting Vision And Motivating People.

All Visions Begin With Relationships. My Relationship With God Is Where I Receive The Vision; My Relationship With My People Is Where I Give The Vision. If Those Relationships Aren't What They Could Be Or Should Be, On Either Side, The Receiving Or The Giving Out, The Vision Is Going To Be Aborted.

People Buy Into The Leader Before They Buy Into The Vision.

Too Often When People Think Of Their Journey Into Leadership, They Envision A Career Path. What They Should Be Thinking About Is Their Own Leadership Development!
